About the Role
This role is designed for the next generation of coaches. You'll work alongside experienced Lead Coaches, assist with classes, and start learning what it takes to run a great youth volleyball program.
What You'll Do
- Assist Lead Coaches during youth volleyball classes
- Help with equipment setup, warm-ups, and station rotations
- Engage positively with kids and support their development
- Learn the VA curriculum and coaching approach
- Support program events and community sessions
What We're Looking For
- High school junior/senior or current college student
- Passion for working with kids
- Basic volleyball knowledge or willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Available on weekends or weekday evenings
Nice to Have
- Volleyball playing experience
- Interest in pursuing coaching or education long-term
- Prior babysitting, tutoring, or youth program experience
