Summer Seasonal Coach

About the Role

Summer is our busiest season. We need coaches who can commit to a full summer schedule, lead classes independently, and bring energy to every session. Great for college students and teachers looking for meaningful summer work.

What You'll Do

• Lead youth volleyball classes independently during summer programming
• Follow the VA curriculum and adapt to different age groups
• Maintain strong parent communication throughout the season
• Participate in summer training and coach development sessions
• Support special events and end-of-season showcases

What We're Looking For

• Available full-time or near full-time June–August
• Prior experience working with kids (coaching, teaching, camp, etc.)
• Comfortable leading classes independently
• Volleyball background preferred
• Reliable transportation

Nice to Have

• Previous camp or summer program experience
• Volleyball coaching or playing background
• Interest in returning as a Lead Coach in the fall
